What does vinyl flooring cost in Singapore?
Our vinyl is $4.00 per square foot with installation included, for herringbone, straight-lay and stone-look. The final figure is confirmed in a written quote once we know your area and floor condition.
How much are your marble-look porcelain tiles?
All of our 1200x600mm matching-marble tiles are $8.50 per square foot with installation, or $4.00 per square foot for materials only.
Can vinyl flooring be installed overnight?
Yes. For offices and commercial units we schedule vinyl installation after hours so the space is ready to use the next morning.
How are ceiling and partition works priced?
Ceiling and partition plasterwork is priced per project. Send us photos, a floor plan or rough dimensions on WhatsApp and we will advise after reviewing them.
Do I need a site visit before getting a quote?
Not to start. Photos, a floor plan or approximate dimensions are enough for a first estimate.
